Tekton Takes on ProVia Leadership Summit

Recently, Tekton attended the annual ProVia Leadership Summit held at the Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas.

 The ProVia Leadership Summit is an annual event that gathers professionals from various industries and backgrounds to share their knowledge, and insights. At the Summit, our team had the chance to attend enriching sessions and panel discussions, participate in networking events, and engage with industry peers, including thought leaders. We use this Summit as a time to reflect and define new strategies, goals and initiatives for the year ahead.

The Summit was a fantastic opportunity to connect with area businesses, listen to speeches from the three distinguished speakers—Bob Goff, Erwin McManus and Craig Groeschel—and take advantage of professional development sessions. Our team left the event feeling energized and ready to apply new insights and knowledge into our work at Tekton.

One of our favorite takeaways from the summit was that a leader’s success is tied to the success of their team, and we were able to uncover usable techniques for driving our team’s success.
