Client Request

The client came in with an idea of building a putt putt course on a property he was interested in purchasing.

Approach

Using a putt putt course layout developed by a third party designer, we developed a preliminary site layout that our client could take to investors, which determined project feasibility. We worked alongside the course designer and client to develop a final course layout that would meet applicable codes.

Some challenges that we faced along the way:

• ADA accessibility within the course and around check-in/check-out building due to topographical issues

• Large storm sewer bypass through the course site

• We had to weigh our options for storm water quality and detention control BMP

Final Product

The final project and deliverable was a set of construction drawings that could be bid out to interested contractors.
