For this project, our client came to us with several floor plans, pictures and ideas they liked, eager to see their dream house come to life. They were looking to create an aging-in-place home.

Our residential design team was able to combine features of multiple floor plans into one cohesive design. The timber frame porches and exterior accents provide just the right amount of warmth to the all-metal siding and roof façade. The angled garage features 10’ tall overhead doors and two large bonus rooms above. The inside boasts a large open kitchen and living room concept with raised ceilings.
